Delivery Of Product

If the payment is made during Monday to Friday Between 10 AM to 6 PM IST, product will be delivered within 24 hours. If payment is made during weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or during any Indian National Holidays, the same will be delivered within 48 hours of payment.

License

(1) The script, which is issued to a designated user, enables such designed user to install and use script only single domain.

(2) We are not responsible for any damages including any general, special, incidental damages arising out of the changes done to the code or arising out of the use or inability to use the program (including but not limited to loss of data or data being rendered inaccurate or losses sustained by you.) 

(3) We deliver only source code as per deal.

(4) We provide only encryption code but we will not provide source code.

License

(1) We reserve the right the copyright notices text/link in the footer of all pages.

(2) The copyright notices text/link can be removed ONLY by purchasing script.

(3) You will remove our company name as per our deal.

(4) We provide only single domain but not provide multiple domain.

(5) When domain expire, our company is not responsible.

(6) We provide encryption code but after 1 year if you did not renew/support of your website, we are not responsible for any problem on your website.

Service Access

While the Company endeavours to ensure that the Website is normally available 24 hours a day, the Company shall not be liable if for any reason the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
Access to the Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond the Company's control.

Warranty

Basically, if we tell you something that ends up really causing a problem, we will not be held responsible. Payments

Monthly recurring fee for whichever product you sign up for. For example, you probably pay us once a month for a month's worth of service. Once you've paid for a month (or for any other interval), there are no refunds offered, however, if you are unsatisfied with the work performed by your assigned griyaas team member, you will not be charged for the hours used.

• Man-hours credit details will be updated immediately on our reporting penal

• Payment should be paid on or before 3rd of every month.

• Balance man-hour credits can be carried forward to next month.

• Website dynamic futures will be charged extra.
